R. Jacobs serves as the Executive Director of MyAish. He earned a BS in Biology and a MA in Public Administration at Cornell University. After working in technology consulting for two years in Washington D.C.he decided to go back to graduate school! Upon acceptance to University of Virginia Law school, he quit his job, took a detour to Israel for a “three hour cruise," but ended up staying for 6 years and earning his Rabbinical degree from Aish. He and his family live in LA.

Rabbi Saidian is the Founder & Director of The LIGHT House. Raised in LA, Rabbi Saidian initially pursued a career in music but developed a deep passion for psychology and community work. After spending 8 years studying in Israel, he trained in Outreach and Counseling at Ohr Lagaolah Institute and received his Rabbinical training at Ohr Somayach Yeshiva. Upon returning to Los Angeles, he and his wife, Ester, founded The LIGHT House, where they continue to support and strengthen the community.

Born in Manchester UK, Rabbi Jack Melul spent over 10 years studying in the top Rabbinic Training Academies in the world. He received Semicha from the Rabbinical Supreme court in Israel, as well as Beit Medrash Darchei horaah Lerabanim of the late chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu zt”l in 2012. An entertaining speaker, Moroccan cantor, and a spiritual coach Rabbi Jack is a founding Director of AishLIT – Young Professionals Los Angeles together with his wife Shira.

In her role, she not only teaches women valuable skills but also organizes special events that foster connection and growth within the community.

Malka Baradarian, COO of GoSephardic, is a dedicated leader passionate about empowering young professionals to embrace their Jewish heritage. She and her husband Michael, delight in hosting gatherings that bring people together to experience the warmth and joy of Shabbat.
